Lunch Hatha Flow

During my lunch classes I focus on classic yoga poses by placing emphasis on their correct execution in combination with the waves of breath. The classes aim to give the students the possibility to release and relax even in a relative short 60 minutes yoga break. This work strengthens and relaxes the body and melts away mental stress. I attach great importance to the correct and safe execution of movements and support all students in their personal development. All levels.

Hatha Flow

During 90 or 75 minutes we will take time to explore classical yoga asanas (poses), sun salutations (sequences of poses) and focus more on the breath with awareness. After a general warm up, in each class we will concentrate on a specific topic or area of the body (hips, shoulders, balance, feet and roots, backbends, etc.). We will add Vinyasas (flows where the movements are connected in a specific way) and approach every pose by it’s correct alignment. In my classes, I concentrate on precise and safe movements combined with breathing. All students are supported individually and all levels welcome, also total beginners.

Vinyasa Flow  – Vinyasa Flow advanced

During 90 minutes we will flow dynamically and energetically through creative sequences exploring classical and newer yoga asanas (poses) and sun salutations (sequences of poses). In each class we will concentrate on a specific topic or area of the body (hips, shoulders, balance, feet and roots, backbends, etc.). To build up strength and stamina we will add Vinyasas and explore a peak pose where also advanced students will feel challenged to try out something new. The whole process is always kept light and joyful. Suitable for students with a steady practice.

Sunday Yoga

In questa lezione chiuderemo la settimana in bellezza e ci rigenereremo per l’inizio della seguente. Nella prima parte Michela vi guiderà con calma e cura attraverso posizioni forti pensate anche per allungare i muscoli sollecitati da sport, lavoro sedentario e altre attività quotidiane. Rinforzeremo i punti deboli e ogni allievo sarà sostenuto personalmente. Nella parte finale della lezione ritroveremo calma e chiarezza mentale per rilassare completamente corpo e mente e chiudere così al meglio il week end.

La lezione è adatta a tutti i livelli, anche i principianti. Saranno spesso offerte varianti diverse della stessa posizione per rispondere a tutte le necessità.
